About

A builder's range with an operator's responsibility.

Joginder works where software, embedded systems, physical products, people, and institutions have to function as one system.

Background

I currently run T-Works Foundation for the Government of Telangana: India's largest prototyping centre and a manufacturing incubator and innovation centre. The job is institution-building at scale, turning machines, makers, and policy into a place where hardware can actually get built.

Before that, I founded Pulse Active Stations Network, an IoT health-kiosk company in Y Combinator's Winter 2019 batch. I built across the stack end to end: boards, firmware, cloud, and field operations.

The longer campaign started earlier. Through Vajra InfraTech I spent years shipping embedded and IoT systems for government and industry, learning how products survive outside the lab.

Outside the day job I run long distances and keep shipping independent apps, extensions, and experiments. Building small products end to end keeps my product judgment close to current tools, users, and operational reality.

Working principles

How broad experience becomes useful

  1. 01

Start with the real constraint, not the requested feature.

  2. 02

Integrate early when a product crosses technical boundaries.

  3. 03

Write down decisions, trade-offs, ownership, and what is out of scope.

  4. 04

Build the handoff into the work instead of creating permanent dependency.
